We purchased this site, undertook a design competition and took the project through planning approval before selling the site to Fortis. Having worked in Cremorne for 10 years and seeing the suburb evolve, we wanted to ensure our own contribution was a positive one.

This project faced many challenges, including the height of Covid-19 and a long, narrow one-way street. The architects were encouraged to think deeply about the site, its interfaces and its length. We were also committed to delivering Cremorne’s first carbon neutral office building.

While we were disappointed to sell the project, Gestalt remains invested alongside Fortis and is keen to see the project come to life.
